Do the masks actually fit under a ski helmet and goggles?
Yes. The fabric is thin and 4-way stretchy, so it sits flat under any helmet and behind any goggles without bunching.
Are they really warm?
They're real ski masks — fleece-lined, wind-blocking and breathable. They cover your head, face and neck, so there's no cold gap above your jacket.
What size should I get?
One size fits most adult heads, from small to XL.
Will my goggles fog up?
The fabric is breathable and moisture-wicking, so your breath vents out instead of pushing up into your goggles.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The face is dye-sublimated into the fabric, so it won't crack or peel. Machine wash cold and hang to dry.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is a flat $3.95 per order. Orders leave our warehouse within 2–5 business days, and delivery to the US usually takes 10–15 business days after that. Want it faster? Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. Duties and taxes for orders outside the US are paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.
If I order more than one mask, will they arrive together?
Not always — multi-item orders can ship in separate packages so they reach you faster. You'll get tracking for each one.
I entered the wrong address or picked the wrong face. Can I change it?
Email us as soon as possible at support@goofknits.com. We can make changes as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
